OUT NOW: 'Child Of The Air' Series
The series is comprised out of 9 original artworks made with acrylics on canvas. Both sculptures and paintings, the series features colorful butterflies, which are also referred to as “children of the air” in poetry.
For many people they are a sign of hope, lightness and especially a sign of change – which could not fit better into our current time.

Max Rübensal is a German sculptor, painter and concept artist.
He has been working with abstracts since 2015, blending his subjective color perception with images and symbols of pop culture which transforms their original connotations into multi-layered, multi-dimensional works. He uses a variety of special acrylic techniques, which can also be of a conceptual nature.
