A slightly different post today, because there’s actually a big announcement for 2024…
I will be leaving my studio here in Berlin towards the end of the year because I will be traveling the world again from January 2024. The most important thing first – I will of course ‘remain’ an artist and will continue to create art and share it with you here…
Vielen Dank auch für die große Rückmeldung zu dem Post auf meinem Instagram-Kanal @maxruebensal!
Even better, I am determined to share my experiences in these different countries with you and take you with me on this journey. So I would like to invite you to encounter new cultures, discover new art and meet new people all over the world! The first stops are:
🇹🇭 Thailand
🇵🇭 Philippines
🇯🇵 Japan
🇱🇰 Sri Lanka and
🇮🇩 Bali
In July and August, I’ll be back in Germany to concentrate on my work, show some in exhibitions and plan my next steps for September and October – another trip into the wide world is also planned here 😉
I have been meticulously preparing myself over the last 2 years to create art from the road as well. There are also some longer stops in countries planned for the future, as well as residencies.
After so much planning, I’m happy to finally ‘drop the bombshell’ and excited to see what the coming year will bring. And I hope you share this anticipation with me!
So if you want to come along and get to know art from all over the world, discover new cultures and see what wonders our great planet has in store, then join my newsletter now using the form below.
P.S.: There will also be a studio sale in December, which I will also announce by email!
Which of these countries would you most like to visit?
Max Ruebensal
Max Ruebensal is a young, contemporary artist using various mediums to reflect on symbolism, identity, pop culture & the ever-growing digitalization of our everyday lives. He therefore combines an experimental and process-oriented art practice with a conceptual, thematic approach that is inspired by urban culture, the collection of thoughts and the cultivation of our worldviews. Visually and aesthetically, his works are characterized by a bold, vibrant and expressive style that effortlessly moves along the intersections between abstraction and figuration. Sometimes kept abstract, other times combined with traditional painting, the results are works that are both personal and universal in their language.
